RadioLog is an independent project developed as a personal initiative. Use of the website and software download are free for amateur radio operators. Donations are entirely voluntary and do not constitute a commercial relationship.
2. Privacy policy
The person responsible for the personal data collected on this website is Juan Carlos García (KAVUNAI), reachable at soporte@radiolog.es.
What data is collected?

Download log: when you request a download, the date, time
and an anonymised version of your IP address are recorded
(the last octet is removed, e.g.
192.168.1.xxx). Your full IP address is never stored. - Email address: if you write to soporte@radiolog.es to make a donation or ask for support, your email address is used solely to reply to your enquiry. It is never shared with third parties or used for marketing.
Legal basis
- Download log: legitimate interest (service usage monitoring).
- Email address: consent of the individual by initiating contact.
How long is data kept?
The download log is kept for 12 months. Emails are kept for as long as needed to manage the enquiry.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@radiolog.es. If you are based in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
3. Cookie policy
No tracking files are installed on your device when you browse radiolog.es. No cookie consent banner is required because there are no cookies to accept.
4. Software licence
RadioLog is distributed free of charge for personal use by amateur radio operators, with no activation key or registration required. Redistribution of the software without the author's express permission is not permitted.
The author accepts no liability for any damage arising from the use of the software, including loss of logbook data. Regular backups are recommended.
