Purpose of the site

radiolog.es presents the RadioLog software, its user manual and its download, and provides access to the Support Center (soporte.radiolog.es), where users can register and open support tickets. The site is not an electronic commerce platform.

RadioLog is an independent project developed in a personal capacity. Using the website and downloading the software are free for radio amateurs. Donations are voluntary and do not constitute a commercial relationship.

Project status

RadioLog 4.0.3 is the final version of the software: there is no active development. Support and fixes for serious bugs are offered on a best-effort basis, with no response times and no guarantee of resolution.

Software license

RadioLog is distributed free of charge for personal use by radio amateurs, with no activation key and no registration required to use the program. Registration is only required to use the Support Center. Redistributing the software without the author's express permission is prohibited.

The author accepts no liability for any damage arising from use of the software, including loss of logbook data. Regular backups are recommended.

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents, texts, designs, graphics, code, logos and other materials of the site and the software are protected by applicable law. Third-party trademarks, trade names and logos that may appear belong to their respective owners.

Reproduction, distribution or exploitation of original content beyond legally permitted uses, or those for which express permission exists, is not authorized.

Liability

Reasonable effort is made to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but the absence of errors, interruptions or technical incidents is not guaranteed. The site may contain links to external pages (for example GitHub or Ko-fi); each site is responsible for its own content and terms.

Use of the site

Visitors agree to use the site and the Support Center lawfully and not to take actions intended to damage, disable, overload or impair their normal operation, nor to send spam or abusive content.

Applicable law

This site is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved according to the rules of competence and jurisdiction that are legally applicable.
